How to Reset an iPhone

To reset an iPhone, first make sure that you’ve backed up all your data, to iCloud or your computer via iTunes, then

1. Open settings, click general then scroll all the way down to ‘Transfer or Reset iPhone.’

2. If prompted, enter iPhone and/or Apple account password

3. Tap continue, then wait until your iPhone restarts, and pops up on the ‘Hello’ screen.
